Data cleanup
Automated retention runs every 5 minutes: terminal waitingClients and old ended sessions are removed after 7 days; client names are scrubbed when sessions end.
Client waiting-room joins create anonymous Auth users (one per browser). Use preview first, then delete stale test accounts — especially useful on sandbox.
Emergency bulk Firestore cleanup (local clone): open cleanup-firestore.html from the repo — not hosted for safety. Owner tab buttons above call the same server-side retention helpers where possible.
