Therapist registry

Search by name, email, room code, or UID. Updates shows product-announcement email opt-in (signup or Account tab). Usage is logged-in time + login count. Sessions is an anonymous count of video session records (no client names). Delete removes Firebase Auth, Firestore profile, sessions, and waiting-queue data.

Firestore console tip: Deleting individual fields does not remove the therapist. They can still sign in. Use Delete account here (or Authentication → delete user) for a full reset so they can sign up again with a new profile. Active, trialing, and other billable Stripe subscriptions are canceled automatically when possible; if cancel fails you will be warned — finish in the Stripe Dashboard.
